Have you hit the plateau? Have you started a weight loss program, but it's all gone rather flat? Have you lost interest? Is your motivation at an all time low? The way to jump-start your weight loss is to get rid of all the bad habits that make you fat, and learn new habits, slim habits. Only by making personal change can you ever hope to lose weight permanently. It's not difficult to do.
